MaxTronic Unveils Redundant Controller RAID Subsystems

The new system with the brand new active-active redundant controller offers full failover capacity with 4GFC interface. Overview
The Redundant RAID family with new 2U 12 bays redundant solution are RAID 6 supported. This function allows customers to have second disk fail in a RAID group which enhanced the performance and provide higher reliability on the storage system. We also provide redundant JBOD series to complete the integration with large capacity demand customers.
Redundant RAID families are supported Arena own software utility- GUI RAIDGuard® central and Multiple path IO. Administer could monitor all systems by a centralized PC / MIS through RAIDGuard® central. There would be a centralized log, event and message sending- event via MSN messenger. Furthermore, we could support the multipath with PathGuard® to enhance failover, fail back and dynamic load balancing which greatly improve the overall system performance. We could also support Microsoft VDS 1.1 virtual server service.
Full redundancy on controllers, fans, HDDs, P/S and JBODs
All parts are redundant: system controllers, fan sets, system HDDs, Power swap units and also JBODs could fail-over and fail back for these most mission critical applications.
Array Recovery Utility
The system now provides an Array Recovery Utility (ARU) tat can aid a user in the event of multiple drive failures corrupting the RAID array of a Logical Disk and/o r volumes. The ARU enables users to recover lost members of Disk Group, and will automatically recover Logical disks and Volumes.

Snapshot which embedded in the system offers extra feature on higher storage protection.
